Lead Generation

The goal of this team is to interest doctors and facilities in becoming Docplanner Customers. By using content marketing and automation tools we educate and digitize doctors' offices.

Customer Experience

Their main aim is making our customers love us! :) They make our customers engaged in Docplanner and other Dpralians products by building great onboarding and nurturing. Everything is based on analyzing Customers’ behaviour, data and testing :)


The goal of our PR team is to build awareness and reputation of the Docplanner as a brand.Our PR activities are aimed at customers, users, journalists, investors or potentials and drive their decisions to cooperate or support us. Because together we can do awesome things that make us stand out from the crowd and give us a PR power and competitive edge.

Patient Acquisition

‘I think our customers really like our products. And we're always trying to do better’ Steve Jobs once said, and that’s the key for our PA team. They still optimize our marketing activities to increase patient booking numbers.
