Customer Success

The goal of Customer Success is making doctors happy and successful. CS team is a real partner for our Customers and knows the answers to all difficult questions about our product.


In fact, we have two sales departments: inbound and outbound. The inbound reaches the doctors via phone and convinces them (without any scripts - we are not a call centre!) to become our Customers. The outbound team visits doctors in their offices and tries to make a deal. So if you can sell dust in the desert - join the team.

User Care

Our User Care team is responsible for implementing an order on our site. They take care of users’ opinions about doctors, because reliable and valuable comments worth their weight in gold.

Sales Operations

This team stands in the middle of Sales and Lead Generation to manage the leads, distribute them between Sales team members and plan the organisation process. That’s why if you think of yourself as a Hero of Organization, Planning and Communications - contact us!
